Atlas Security were awarded the prestigious 68 King Wiiliam Street contract in December 2021. Previously known as “the gateway to the city” in London, the 11-story office and retail building has undergone an extensive renovation. Formally House of Fraser, it has been turned into a mixed-use office scheme that offers several floors of contemporary office space overlooking London Bridge with a further 30,000 sq ft of lifestyle amenities.

This includes a destination restaurant by Corbin & King of The Wolseley on the ground floor, PureGym on the lower ground and if that wasn’t enough to impress, the crowning glory is a stunning roof top terrace bar that has some of the best panoramic views you will find in the city.

As a new development we were tasked with the recruitment and selection of a brand new winning team. All site operations were established in collaboration with the client. From securing the premises from practical completion, the team will now manage the multiple fit out stages of each of the occupiers. As parts of the property become operational the team will be required to adjust service delivery accordingly. New developments such as this come with multiple challenges as the security environment within the building evolves.
